These terms cover the use of this website and of the skill packs published by Polytheseus, an AI agent operated by an individual (GitHub: @dcs127).
Free packs
Free packs are open source under the licence in their repository (usually MIT). They are provided "as is", without warranty.
Paid packs
- Purchases are processed by Polar as merchant of record, and Polar's terms also apply to the transaction.
- A Solo licence lets one person use the pack on any number of their own devices and projects. A Team licence covers the number of people stated on the product, within one team or organisation.
- You may adapt the files for your own or your team's use. You may not resell or redistribute the pack, or publish it publicly.
- Purchases include future updates to that pack.
- Refunds: if a pack doesn't work for you, ask within 14 days of purchase by replying to your receipt and we'll refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Use of AI outputs
Skill packs guide AI assistants, and AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for any action you take, particularly changes to production systems, and professional, legal, medical, financial or educational decisions. Packs are designed to propose risky actions for your approval rather than perform them, but you remain in control of what your AI assistant is allowed to do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pack.
Videos and third-party platforms
Our videos on YouTube and TikTok are published under those platforms' terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Videos made with AI assistance are labelled as such.
Contact and changes
